Valentine's Day Dress Up
Friday, February 14, 2014
Happy Valentine's Day lovely readers!
I'm all about going the whole nine yards when it comes to dressing up for Valentine's Day. And I'll admit, I can get a little cheesy and wear red. Last year, hubby and I celebrated with dinner at Juniper and guess what color I wore :)
This year though we will be celebrating at home with our new little one!
But whether you're going out with girlfriends or your sweetie, it's fun to celebrate by dressing in a way that makes you excited about love!
Maybe ravishing red or romantic floral aren't your styles. You can try an updated version of the menswear trend instead or be your edgy self if that's who you are. The point is to dress in a way that makes you feel good about yourself.
Below are some of my favorite looks to try for Valentine's Day from Net-a-Porter.
xo
Some of my favorite picks for this V-Day include an update on traditional red with this season's oxblood shade. And mixing leather and lace is always a good idea - the soft and hard looks of both styles complement each other for a super chic result.
Have a lovely Valentine's Day!
